Bio:
Brian Granger is beginning his PhD studies. His research interests include public performance, musical theater, african-american theater, world music-theater forms, dance theater, and adaptation--particularly poetic adaptation for the stage. This past summer he worked as a choreographer for the Music Academy of the West on their west coast premiere of "A Wedding," by acclaimed opera composer William Bolcom, based on the Robert Altman film.
